Abstract
The problems of measuring non-observed activities which are not covered by direct statistic methods are of great importance for the government. In contrast to official economy non-observed economy is not registered and may be measured only by indirect methods. The paper deals with analysis of assessment of non-observed economy in Russia. The author tries to present one of the methods of calculation of non-observed economy dimensions expressed in incomes of the Amur region population using taxes.
